High Fidelity simulation is a training methodology that can directly improve healthcare education . Faculty wanting to incorporate this new methodology into existing practices are often at a loss on where to start and may encounter unanticipated roadblocks.  HSS has helped over 50 healthcare organizations launch or refine their simulation programs since 2009.  

We are not the largest simulation company in the US nor do we aspire to be. Our goal is to partner intensely with a small number of programs every year and travel this new educational road together.

Our stated mission is to reduce for the complexity and the cost of this exciting new teaching approach. We do this in a number of ways:

1- First, we have designed a unique training program that will quickly get your staff up and running using evidence- based techniques.  Our program allows you to INTEGRATE simulation into your curriculum, PRODUCE high impact simulation sessions and MEASURE performance. This program is also good for existing programs looking for additional techniques to add to current practices.

2- Second, in order to reduce the complexity of simulation equipment we have assembled several turnkey packages that offer what we believe are the best feature to price ratio in the market today.
